Belgium Orval

Amber Trappist beer.
Top-fermented, 6.2% ABV, refermented in the bottle with a fine, persistent, and creamy head and aromas of spices and hops on the nose. Deep, velvety amber in color, it's dry, fresh, and smooth on the palate with a long, lingering aftertaste.

Belgium Troblette

A white beer with an alcohol content of 5.1%. Its color is decidedly golden and slightly opalescent, with a fine perlage. The aroma is captivating with hints of citrus and lemon, along with a complex fruity flavor that clearly reveals apple and citrus. On the palate, it offers spicy notes and a light aroma of hops, making it an excellent thirst-quencher.

Belgio Lamoral

Triple beer, top-fermented 8%, with a generous, long-lasting head. It's a light amber color. The nose offers sweet aromas of fruit, honey, and malt. The palate offers flavors of malt, caramel, and hops with a spicy, fruity, and floral finish. Very drinkable.

Italy, Amiata, Red Bastard

Chestnut beer7% ABV. Top-fermented, creamy head, pale red color tending toward chestnut. Chestnut aroma, the yeast adds fruity notes, and the hopping is careful to leave a distinct chestnut aftertaste. Smooth, rounded flavor with hints of caramel.

Germany, Weihenstephaner

Hefe Weisse beer, 5.4% ABV. Cloudy golden-yellow in color, with a generous, soft head; aromas of banana cake, cloves, vanilla, and citrus. On the palate, the banana aroma is more pronounced, giving way to cloves, and the finish is delicate and pleasantly bitter.

Belgio, Misfortune 10

Strong Ale beer with a 10% ABV. Top-fermented, bottle-conditioned pale ale with a full body, golden color, and a very comforting and warming honeyed texture with a dry hoppy aftertaste.

Keller Beer

Unfiltered lager, 4.8% alcohol. Cloudy from yeast, pale yellow in color, fragrant with floral hops, and a voluminous, compact head. It has hints of yeast on the nose, and a full, yeasty flavor on the palate with a bitterish finish.

Full moon

On the night of the full moon, the master brewer descends into his cellar and prepares this fine beer with carefully selected ingredients. It is said that the shimmering golden color of this light, lively, and intensely flavored beer reflects the magical power of nature.

Inghilterra, Ruby Red Ale

Bitter Red Ale alc. 4.3°: it is a seasonal beer produced only in autumn, intense red in colour, spicy wood on the nose with an undertone of malt and light licorice, with aromas of hazelnut, toasted malt tending towards sweet.

England, Golden Ale

Golden English Ale, 4.7% ABV. Light golden in color, with a light, quickly dissipating head. Fresh notes of hops and citrus on the nose. Fragrant and fresh on the palate, with light notes of both hops and malt, with citrus in the background.

Italia, Almond 22 Irie

Style: Pale ale, 5% ABV. Top-fermented with a fine, abundant head. Straw yellow in color, clear in appearance, medium body, moderate bitterness, and normal carbonation, with an attractive olfactory finesse and a discreet aftertaste.

Italy, Civale Mervisia

English Pale Ale style, 6.2% alcohol. Amber in color and with a fine head, the aroma is of berries, complemented by delicate caramel notes from the malts. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, with a fruity note that accompanies the tasting and a delicate bitter finish.

Italy, Birranova Linfa

American Pale Ale style 5% alcohol.
Top-fermented, this clear, bright golden yellow wine boasts a persistent white head. It offers hints of grass and citrus on the nose, and a burst of freshness on the palate with a savory finish. It pairs well with raw seafood, white meats, and delicate first courses.

Italy, Orange Blossom

Honey beer5.1% ABV. Orange in color, with a creamy, white, and persistent head. Hints of orange and spice on the nose, while the palate reveals flavors of malt, orange, and a hoppy finish, making it very drinkable and thirst-quenching, ideal as an aperitif or with low-calorie dishes like fish or meat salads.
